I doubt it. People on his viewaskew messageboard are posting right now, and nobody is mentioning it. Plus drugs are suspected, yet there isn't even any real announcement of his death in the first place?

Kevin Smith isn't dead.. he's working on "The Passion of the Clerks", which hopefully will be funnier than someone's death.

I just searched in yahoo news, two big recent things about him I saw were 50 peope were going to be able to see Clerks 2 this Friday http://www.cinematical.com/2005/12/11/c ... a-preview/ and there is a lost Kevin Smith film: Jay and Silent Bob Do Degrassi http://www.cinematical.com/2005/12/09/t ... ith-movie/

No death news though
