I know that this witless show shouldn't interest me, but I am mesmerized by it. The drama of opening up those briefcases is priceless. Howie Mandel is scary looking, for sure, but all in all, I am having a good time with this. Anyone else watching?

I saw the British version of this show during a visit a few months ago and thought, "Hmm, how long before this ends up in the States?" Apparently just a few months. It is strangely appealing though, given how simple it is.

It's interesting because it's a game show that requires absolutely no skill or knowledge whatsoever. It's all pure luck.

I'm not sure I can think of another popular gameshow that doesn't require at least a little knowledge or skill.

i watched it for 5 minutes wth my mom the other night and i said the same thing. i bet the show will fail because of this. no one will want to watch a show that is based on pure luck week after week.

NBC, i think at 8

i kept on watching for some strange reason. The whole time i was saying to myself,"this is the worst game show ever." If i check it out again i'm gonna be convinced that they hypnotized me

I figured this wasn't an original American idea. Don't we ever come up with anything on our own!?

It started here about a year ago, playing once a week. Then they went to the 5 weekdays/week format. That's when I had a good hard look at myself and realised how much tv I watch.

I long for the day someone goes home with the 50cents briefcase.
