What scenes do you just get goosebumps watching? I don't mean creepy, just chill-inducing.

For me, the biggest one is in Gone With The Wind. When Scarlett tries to eat the carrot, spits it out, falls to the ground weeping, and then, as Steiner's score slowly swells up, she looks up, clenches her fist, and says:
"As God is my witness, as God is my witness they're not going to lick me! I'm going to live through this and when it's all over, I'll never be hungry again! No, nor any of my folk! If I have to lie, steal, cheat or kill! As God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again!"
Then the full Tara theme sweeps in and we get that gorgeous pan-out shot of her against the sunset with the run-down Tara...I get the shivers just thinking about it. Unbelievable.

Gladiator, when Commodus goes into the ring to talk to maximus, before he knows who it is, maximus introducing himself, "My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next."

The scene in The Deer Hunter where DeNiro, Walken and Savage are forced to play Russian roulette by the Vietnamese. Easily one of the most powerhouse scenes in the history of cinema. The acting is so real you'd think the scene was actually taking place in real life.

The final sequence of Chinatown. Most masterful sequence in film history as far as I'm concerned. Amazing.
