This is the first thing that came to mind Stephen, I studied Plath in year 12 and this one worked out really well for me.
Mushrooms - Sylvia Plath
Overnight, very
Whitely, discreetly,

Our toes, our noses

Nobody sees us,
Stops us, betrays us;

This has been my favorite for a few weeks now (my faves are incidentally always Frost poems):
I have been one acquainted with the night.

I absolutely love this poem.
i just used this as part of an activity about decision making with 10 - 13 year olds at work - and they all fell in love with it. so interesting.
