I agree Eternal Sunshine was the best of 2004....but otherwise it was a miserable year for movies. I count Lost in Translation for 2003. I really haven't been to the theater at all this year, I actually haven't been in months.... its just been a really bad year for movies, nothing good I've wanted to go see.

Can anyone confirm for me that this is available on DVD in the US?

Punisher has some sweet shots of Tampa. Makes me go, "Aww...I've driven by that strip club thousands of times!"

Agree on Aliens Vs. Predator.

My fav movie of 2004 has definitely been Kill Bill Vol. 2. After that I'll join in on the Eternal Sunshine love, it was a great movie.

1. Kill Bill Vol. 2
2. Eternal Sunshine
3. Spiderman 2
4. Team America - Fuck yeah!!
5. Saw

DVD's

1. Dawn of the Dead 1978 Ultimate Edition - 4 discs of extra love and special sauce, easily my best dvd purchase of the year.
After that it's kind of weak...

Also, this reminds me that I really need to see Garden State, when is it coming out on dvd?
