Inspired by the sudden resurrection of the Kubrick thread.
1. The Fearless Vampire Killers
2. Chinatown
3. The Pianist
4. The Tenant
5. Macbeth
6. Death and The Maiden
7. Bitter Moon
8. Knife In The Water
9. The Ninth Gate
10. Tess
11. Rosemary's Baby
I have not been able to see the others due to the either shitty or non-existent R1 DVD releases.

Well, I loved The Fearless Vampire Killers right from the first viewing, and it has since worked its way up to my #2 favorite movie of all time. However, it may not be the best recommendation to make.
Based on some of your other posts, I think Knife In The Water, his first film, and The Tenant would be the best ones to try. The former is available in a delicious Criterion edition.
