Neon Rider was possibly the best TV show to ever air on the TV. It was about troubled teens that went to this ranch out in the sticks to get off drugs / beat their aggressive behavior, etc. It was awesome, there were horses in the show and the theme song was the anthem of a generation.

this guy's nuts. i've never heard of this show. the only thing i've heard of that no one remembers is that show about the guy who has a friend ghost who needs the dude to save 99 lives so he can go to heaven. it was called something like captain jack black. i dunno, but that was a better show than whatever crap that this dude's talking about
