Great movie. I was actually thinking about doing this as a MotW down the line. Way to fuck up the future, c_b.

Yeah, I really love this movie. The bar historiography scene is one of my all time favorites. Plus, my uncle delivered pizza to Gus Van Sant and a half-naked Matt Damon while they were writing this movie, and he thought Matt Damon was a male prostitute. Excellent all around.

I always seem to leave this movie on if i'm flipping around. There are some great scenes but also some cheesy shit that's cringe-worthy. Robin Williams is great(which is rare for me to say since i'm not a fan of his). Minnie Driver is pretty fucking annoying. All the scenes with her were awful.

I hate Ben Affleck with a passion but never get sick of this movie. Gus Van Sant's direction saved a movie that could have been horrible. And not only did he save it, he made it great.

Robin Williams is fucking superb.

I love the theme, the writing, the characters. A solid, feel good movie, which is really fucking hard to pull off.

As soon as I saw this thread, I knew c_b must have started it.

I really like this movie. Apart from Ben Affleck, there's a lot to like about it.

yep... True Romance being numero uno for me, but these two are probably 2 and 3....

and everyone thinks my brother looks like Matt Damon (probably because he does)... when he shaves his face, anyway

i was single at the time this movie came out, and i took like 4 or 5 dates to see it... couldn't get enough of it

I thought Affleck was hot as hell in this movie. Then he got his teeth fixed and he is not longer hot to me.

overrated.
white trash kid fights, drinks, gets laid, cries, gets a job.......blah blah blah.

Minnie Driver looks like a horse...and I liked the Robin Williams character the first I saw it in dead poets. oh, and Affleck's sweat suits are horrendous.
