sorry don't know much about justice league...
however, i can think of another great one: X-Men the animated Series
(the early 90's one, not hte recent shit that was xmen:evolution)

its a tough call..xmen was very good..seasons 2 and 4 of jlu were better than any single season of the xmen cartoon tho

and im more of a marvel and xmen fan than a dc fan

I'm still partial to the early/mid 90's Batman cartoon.

i was a fan of a lot of these shows when i was a kid. its fun to go back and watch them again years later. however, some shows arent as good as you remember.

xmen (unfortunately) hasnt stood the test of time, and most of the episodes seem embarassingly bad now.. which sucks cuz it was one of my favorites.

batman: the animated series has held up quite well, and i get even more enjoyment out of gargoyles now than when i was in middle school.

ninja turtles has also held up ok, but a lot of writing is really cheesy. granted, i know these are kids shows, but they were MY kids shows, dammit.

i always liked the episodes with clayface, and the one where batman somehow ends up on that mad scientist's secret island and fights tigris, a big creepy cat dude. those episodes were pretty dark for kids tv.

This doesn't count animated movies, does it? If so, I'd have to strongly disagree...

Sorry, this honor belongs to Star Wars: Clone Wars, which is not only the best non-comedy cartoon to come out, but is better than the actual recent movies they represent.

And yes, I watched Thundercats and Transformers and all that business. I just envision how this cartoon would've fit in with those when I was a kid. It would've blown them out of the water.
