I want something not too hard, very flashy, very fun, and over pretty quickly. Something shooterish/actiony is preferred. I was thinking that game Black, is it any good? Feel free to leave any and all suggestions.

very intense games, the Burnout series. if you're using a crap tv and hooning along at 250kph+ its hard to see whats in front of you. crashing is common when i play.

The good news is that crashing is half of what the game is about. If I'm smoking I opt for the Crash party a lot, it's not quite as intense.

Rent one of those WW2 games like Medal of Honor or something. I find those a great for a weekend of playing and are generally pretty easy.
