These will be coming out every Monday on ABC.com for 13 weeks.

I just watched #1..."The Watch"

No real comments or spoilers.

Question for those of you who have also watched it...do you think viewing these will help us to better understand the actual show, or is this just filler to keep us occupied til February? I'm thinking the latter thus far...

I havent watched it as of yet probably will tonight. I usually stay away from crap like this for the reason you mentioned but the writters of lost seem to be so obsessed (in a good way) with the story line that i think it will be pretty cool, it wouldn't surprise me if they put something in there that gives us important information or at least raises more questions about the characters and the up coming seasons.

if you're thinking that all of these (or even one of them) is going to be giving you the mystery to the island, you're mistaken.

it's for filler inside some of the storylines. we'll have to see the rest to make a judgment call on these.

Meh. They made these to justify charging Verizon for an ad. Not much of value here, and it kind of undermines some moments from the show. I, of course, wrote four paragraphs on it on my blog.

im thinking in the course of 13 of these, we'll get a couple very cool ones. that probably show how a couple characters are related in a way we havent realized yet, or something to that effect.

the darhma orientation video, on the otherhand screwed with my head, and i really dont know what to make of it.

didn't find much interesting. on the other hand, i enjoyed the finale again. and here's a question: was that a normal sized coffin? looked small. maybe just the angle though. maybe walt? not that a black person has to be buried in what appears to be an all black neighborhood. that's racist.

I don't understand why you don't just watch it.
