that is a wrong response to one of the best movies of all time.

deny all you want, but this movie is total enjoyment, and i dont know anyone that after the first time watching it didnt say it was the funniest movie they have seen. but it does loose some of the humor with repeated viewings.

This movie is, and should forever be, requisite viewing for any childhood.

In fourth grade, if you hadn't seen this movie atleast a dozen times, you just weren't cool.

this was filmed in my neighborhood, as a result me and all my friends know the movie by heart...

whenever people visit from out of town i take them to drive by the home alone house, we think of robbing it, but we don't... cause all know what will happen to us if we do

Not me. I never thought it was all that great, or all that funny. It's charming and entertaining, I guess. I can see the appeal, though; safe for the whole family and all that.

The best Christmas movies are A Christmas Story and, of course, Die Hard.

Here's a little tidbit: if any of you guys are Johannson fans, you can see her in Home Alone 3 as his babysitter. It was one of her first major movie roles.

But that's not gonna make me want to see that pile of shit. You can't make another movie with ANOTHER kid! That's sacreligous. I practically wore out the tape to Home Alone 1 and 2 when I was a little boy.

I personally preferred the 2nd movie, maybe because it takes place in NYC.

The part where he shaves and puts on the aftershave afflicted me terribly as a child. To this day, I still don't use aftershave in fear of that horrific burning feeling.
