God no. Why do they bother?? Why does Hollywood feel the need to remake any great films? Personally i'm going to avoid this like the fucking plague and go watch the orginal again.

Giving this to the studios for movies like this will only encourage them to remake more classic films.

The original was perfect in every way: it was a musical, a mystery, suspenseful and atmospheric. Though not for everyone's tastes, it's a classic.
This shit remake with Nic Cage looks like it'll have none of that, which is a shame. So many great horror films of the 60's and 70's are being remade nowadays...so when will some Hollywood fucktard greenlight the remake of Rosemary's Baby?
