I've read conflicting reports from ComicCon stating that this may not be a reboot / reimagination but rather a continuation - RoboCop 4.

This better not be a remake.

Robocop is pretty much perfect as it is. Now if they were to forget the sequels and the tv show and start over again with a Robocop 2, I'd be happy.

strangest news to come out of hollywood in a long time. i don't normally like the guy and i love robocop (2nd best action movie of the 80's for me). i am definitely curious to see where he goes with that one.
