If there were ever a drool-worthy box-set, that is the one. If it weren't for the intimidating price and the fact that I already own several of the films, I would be all over this.

My big question is whether or not Criterion will release Le Jour Se Leve individually. I would kill for a copy of that film - it is my #1 most wanted DVD.

Thats awesome, but who the hell is going to buy that? If I had that kind of money for dvds, I'd rather buy the individual Criterions.

True, but this DOES translate to only $13 a movie. Far less than a normal Criterion price.
