It's no biggie. Being a sick fuck is fun. When someone pisses you off, it's always nice to know the things you're doing to them in your mind are well beyond anything they could ever comprehend is possible of a human being.

By the way, there is one film that is, quite simply, the ultimate in torture. That film is "Guinea Pig: Flower of Flesh and Blood". It's a forty minute film that is nothing but a woman being slowly dismembered, disembowled, and decapitated in the most graphic detail possible. It's not really very good, but for what it is, it doesn't get any more straightforward.
The first Guinea Pig film, "Devil's Experiment", is another holy grail type thing. It's not as extreme as "Flower", but it has probably the most realistic gore effects I have ever seen. It really does feel like snuff. Again, it's not really that good - it's actually kind of boring, but it's definitely VERY visceral.

LV, if you know where I can get a torrent of these films, can you pm me or something? I've been wanting to see them for a while.

I can't help you I'm afraid, since as a rule I just do not ever download movies. I bought the box-set on Amazon.

I guess define tortue. Last House on the Left and I Spit on Your Grave quickly come to mind, though ISOYG is mostly just a really long rape scene.
There's one I wish I could remember the title of that grossed out even some of my sicko friends. I haven't seen it yet, thus I forget the title.

I don't know if it's what you're talking about, but this comment made me think of August Underground. I really need to get my hands on a copy of that. It's not cheap, though.

No, that's not it. This is relatively recent. It's on the tip of my tongue.

every movie mentioned in here seems interesting to me, with last house on the left being the frontrunner right now.

LV, there was a movie released last fall that was supposed to be just downright disgusting. It was directed by an ex-wrestler, but for the life of me I can't remember the name. Do you know it and have you seen it?
