Anthropophagus? Really?
FETUS EATING.
Yeah, but besided the fetus munching scene, it's a pretty boring, unispired (and not very gory) movie. To me, anyway.
A lot of people seem to find it boring. I'm in the minority, I guess. I love atmosphere even more than gore, and while this movie wasn't showing ol' Anthro' chowing down on fetuses, slitting throats, and eating his own intestines, D'Amato was providing a nice, unsettling atmosphere.

I like all of the other movies, though.
Session 9 actually creeped me out a little and that doesn't happen often, hence it's inclusion. House is hated by most, but it has an incredible replay value for me. It's not a particularly good horror movie, just one that I happen to enjoy. Plus it has Dwight aka Fishboy! Come on!
Hellraiser was another tough spot, there could have easily been some other movies in that spot but that's one from my childhood where I remember being really freaked out by the gore. I've seen worse now, but it made an impression when I was a kid.
I actually came really close to including quite a few more movies from this decade on the list, there have been some good ones, but for the most part I'm waiting to see how they hold up.

Session 9 and Hellraiser are the shit. I gotta say I'm with mowbs on House, though.
