I saw two previews for this on TV last night. I knew I had heard that last name Cena somewhere before, but couldn't place it until I IMDB'd it. He is a wrestler and I don't watch wrestling so that would explain it. I guess they are trying to make another action star like "The Rock". I gotta say the trailer looked horrible. Looks like the same old tired story, retired military guys wife/family gets kidnapped and he goes on a rampage to find them.

If it sucks as hard as Commando, then it'll be brilliant. That level of suckage is hard to attain. Many a poor boy has tried, but you gotta take it to that Ahnold level to reach such suckage that people will actually watch it...FOR the suckage.

And, that, my friends, is gold.

No it sucks, the acting is terrible, the plot is something you've seen a thousand times, the kill scenes are as funny as anything in a comedy , alone if these aspects appeared in a movie it would suck, but combined it is the greatness that is Commando.

Look at it in context:

Acting: Perfect for Commando.
The Plot: Who gives a flying fuck, seriously?
Kill Scenes: Awesome. He throws saw blades like frisbees and scalps people. He shoves an axe into a guy's nuts. He cuts a guy's arm off with a machete. He holds a man over a cliff with ONE FUCKING ARM before dropping him to his death. He massacres about five million men with a single clip of bullets. Tell me what sucks about that, please.

Yeah, nothing sucks.

I saw this trailer, and someone would have to pay me to see this movie.
