Mario Kart - Double Dash should be on there. That game is by far the most intense around these parts. Tiger Woods 2006 should be up there too

Cool. I would have included a Monkey Island game and am also a bit surprised that the Silent Hill series isn't represented.

Not bad. I'd say there are too many handheld games, but the only portable I ever owned was old school Game Boy, so I wouldn't know how good the games are. Snake Eater in the top 10, though? What the fuck? I'm not sure if I remember seeing Street Fighter II either, which would be a crime if ti wasn't included. My personal #1 goes to Final Fantasy VII

wow just realized.. no NFL Blitz or NBA JAM! either.. but yet NFL street makes it..

maybe ive been playing the wrong games all of these years but ive never played a good game made by ESPN

Uh...MGS and Sons of Liberty destroy Snake Eater. Far from the tenth best video game of all time.

warcraft II and castlevania II both need to be on this list

and while they both did well GTA San Andreas and Vice City should be 1 and 2 respectively

A number of my friends did demonstrably worse in college because of golden eye so it deserves to be there, and I don't know about number 2, but chrono trigger was pretty damn amazing

Every Zelda game except for Zelda 2 made the list. OoT is almost 8 years old and still the best (adventure) game ever.

The biggest oversight is no Panzer Dragoon Saga. I realize it is ultra rare, however, it may be the best 32-bit game ever released. I'd take PD Saga over FF7 any day. Panzer Dragoon Orta (XBOX) is probably the best rail-shooter of all time and also overlooked.

The least deserving game on that list is Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2. Glitchier than the first installment. Since it was rushed to get on shelves an entire planet was removed which left some plot points unresolved. I enjoyed it but it's just a good game but not a classic.

I have the following from the list in my collection:
96. Eternal Darkness
95 Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2
94 Golden Sun
91 Splinter Cell
90 Soul Calibur II
89 Half Life
87 Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II
83 Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door
82 Super Mario Brothers
81 Shenmue
80 Prince of Persia
77 Metroid Fusion
75 Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons
73 Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap
72 Jak 3
70 Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages
67 NCAA Football 2004
57 Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
56 Legend of Zelda
55 Metal Gear Solid 2
48 Burnout 3
47 Advance Wars
46 Grand Theft Auto 3
45 Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando
43 Jade Empire
42 Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
41 Mario Kart: DS
40 Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening
38 Metroid Prime 2
37 Ninja Gaiden
35 Shadow of the Colosus
34 Super Mario World
31 Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
30 Super Mario Bros. RPG
29 Conker's Bad Fur Day
28 Super Smash Bros. Melee
27 Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal
26 Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
25 Halo 2
24 Metroid Prime
23 Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
21 Super Mario Bros. 3
20 Final Fantasy VII
19 Super Mario 64
17 Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
16 Shenmue 2
15 Perfect Dark
14 Halo
13 Half Life 2
11 Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
10 Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater
9 Metal Gear Solid
7 GoldenEye
6 Soul Calibur
5 Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
4 Super Metroid
3 Resident Evil 4
1 Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

You need to get a copy of Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy III
