So does anyone have some personal favorites to get into the Halloween mood? AMC is having a "fright fest" and running old-school slasher flicks. I can still sit on the couch and watch "Halloween" or one of the early "Friday the 13th" movies.

Last night I did "Night of the Living Dead" and for tonight I'm thinking about Army of Darkness, House of 1000 Corpses and Book of Shadows. There's tons of good movies that will work for this though.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre is my favorite horror film for all occasions.

I just watched Night of the Living Dead last night myself and found out the lead character Ben (Duane Jones) was the head of the theatre department at my college before he died. Really cool and I wish I went to school back then so I could have met him.

I'm not really into horror flicks the way I used to be. This is my Halloween staple:

I enjoyed this, but not as much as I expected.

I just got my Luciano Ercoli set and Aftermath/Genesis, so those are going to be watched soon, along with The Red Queen Kills 7 Times. Hopefully Schramm and Cut and Run will get here in time, as well.
