I just read this on Tool's official website. Its really kinda shitty when you discover a great artist only because they died. His work is really cool for anybody who is a fan of Tool's artwork. I recommend checking it out.

ZDZISLAW BEKSINSKI 1929-2005
To all of you who have sent emails about the stabbing death of the Polish surrealist painter, Zdzislaw Beksinski, thank you for your messages, information and personal thoughts about this senseless act of violence. As many of you know, Adam greatly admired and respected the artist’s works, whether it was his early drawings, paintings, sculptures, photography, or computer-generated landscapes. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Beksinski’s art, a sampling of his work can be viewed at http://www.museummorpheus.com/contemp/b ... /index.htm. There is also a short biography with some keen insights about the artist and his “memento mori” art at http://www.polishartgallery.com/exhibition/welcome.htm. According to the latest news, two teens have been charged, with one, the nineteen-year-old son of the artist’s life-long friend, having confessed to the crime. The motive may have been money. Condolences may be left at http://www.beksinski.pl/.
