To all of you who have sent emails about the stabbing death of the Polish surrealist painter, Zdzislaw Beksinski, thank you for your messages, information and personal thoughts about this senseless act of violence. As many of you know, Adam greatly admired and respected the artist’s works, whether it was his early drawings, paintings, sculptures, photography, or computer-generated landscapes. According to the latest news, two teens have been charged, with one, the nineteen-year-old son of the artist’s life-long friend, having confessed to the crime. The motive may have been money.
