I can't believe there's not a thread on this already, but I did a title search for it and nothing came up. Anyway, this movie sucks ass but it's probably worth seeing if you like special effects and Emmy Rossum. Those are about the only two reasons. I guess Kurt Russell, Richard Dreyfuss, and Andre Braugher are all desperate for work, because I can't think of any reason for them to have done this movie other than the paycheck.

thanks for the extra assurance that this movie sucks. i kinda had a feeling it would. and yeah, those actors must be hard up for work.

i love the original Posiedon Adventure with Gene Hackman. This movie is a total knock-off.

This isn't really a movie. It's more like a test reel for special effects shots.

I have no interest in seeing this movie, but that girl is definately incredible. For some reason though, she seems to enjoy starring in crappy special effects movies.
