What broadway shows have you seen? What would you recommend?

I've seen Miss Saigon, Phantom of the Opera, Aeida, Stomp (twice), Rent and Bring in Da Noise Bring in Da Funk.

Of all of these, BIDN is by far the best. Rent was pretty top notch. I wasn't expecting anything great and I was pretty happy with it. I saw Phantom first. I was 14 and had been listening to the soundtrack for about a year. I ended up crying.

the only show i've actually seen ON broadway was Movin' Out (Billy Joel). here locally, i've seen the Broadway production of Annie Get Your Gun with Marilou Henner and Rex Smith....the show was pure eye candy with something going on at every moment. so far that's it, but i hope to see more soon.

On Broadway I have seen Cats, Miss Saigon, and Fosse..
In Toronto, I've seen Rent, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (x2, first one was with Donny Osmond), The Lion King, and Phantom of the Opera..

I've seen:

Wicked
Avenue Q
Assasins
The Boy From Oz
Little Shop of Horrors
I Am My Own Wife (straight play)

Out of those, Avenue Q was my favorite, but Wicked is the winner for pure spectacle.
