So I will be seeing this Christmas Day. Matinee show.

Anyone seen it yet?

It looks funny as a poop sandwich.

Hmmm... is that a good thing or a bad thing? Me, I'm a little Stillered-out, I think I'll wait for HBO.

Nah, I've never been a fan of Stiller.

I liked the first one alot. Hoping this one is good as that one. Won't be able to see it though until we can line up a baby sitter, which we need to do weeks ahead of time now. Why do my parents have to winter in FL, why?

I saw it last night. It was a funny movie. It was probably as good as the first one. It did not recycle all the material from the first one (Austin Powers series).
I would rather see Jerry Stiller play an angry dad, but Dustin Hoffman did a great job.

I never watched the whole of Meet the Parents, but I found this one very funny. I remember sleeping through Meet the Parents. I always figured it was because I didn't find Stiller funny. Fortunately, he's carries this film very little in this one. Streisand, De Niro, and Hoffman do the best work.

God bless,

Jared

Not as good as Meet the Parents, but worth checking out. I didn't really care for Streisand and Hoffman, but Stiller and DeNiro were both hilarious.

The only reason I enjoyed the first one was because of Robert DeNiro.

My wife wants to see it so, I'll go this weekend and let you know what I thought.

if you buy tickets to see meet the fockers, I think as you have the ticket ripped and enter the theatre, you should be hit with either,
A) a lead pipe
B) a sock full of quarters and/or a cueball

The theatre should continue to fill with the corpses of horrible, formulaic, name-driven, horribly written and conceived crap, until it has reached full capacity, at which time it should be burned, and never spoken of again.
