This christmas I got Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett and I didn't finish it yet (80 pages left to finish the book) but I can already tell that this is an amazing piece. The humour constantly reminds me of Monty Python and the characters and interesting and unique. Very nice read and I recomend this to everyone who likes a good and intelligent book that has a touch of fantasy and humour.
I recently also heard that a movie was being planed and directed by Terry Gilliam (Monty Python) with Johny Depp as Crownley (he fits perfectly in this role). But that was some years ago and I think they canceled the project because of the lack of money to support the movie. It's a shame... This book would make a great movie if it had the right people making it and I'm sure Terry Gilliam would do a great job. I think he stated that he's still hoping to find the money to begin working again on this project.

So any readers/fans that enjoyed this too?
Look at my sig... Need I say more? I must have read every book that man wrote at least twice. Pratchett is definitely my favourite author.

The whole Discworld Series is brilliant. I usually suggest people not to start with the first novels, but with either Mort or Small Gods.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'm really loving this book, even if it made be go through some embarasing moments when I start laughing alone like a maniac while I'm reading it.

Same happens to me. I'll be sitting in the train, laughing like a looney while people give me weird looks.
