Boy I can't wait for this tonight. This was definitely my favorite show last year and I haven't looked forward to a show this much in a long time. Who else is watching?

Although it started out slowly, this is surprisingly a very, very good series with some fantastic acting. I'm looking forward to tonight's season premiere.
Good set-up premiere. I didn't expect that much distance from Barb, but I wish that her admitting that she's harbored anger at Bill all these years had more of an emotional punch for Bill. Maybe it did, he's just not quick to let his emotions run wild.
It was nice seeing Sara breaking away. Nicki is Nicki, and Margene finally admits that she can't do it without Barb, or without anyone for that matter. She needs the other wives.
I think the Margene reaction shots are my favorite bit of this show. She's kinda priceless.

That character that plays barb.... is she part chameleon?? her eyes are tricked out badly she's real old as well
i don't know but she's a great actress, her emotion reads the instant you see her, i really realized it in this episode seeing her playing something that contrasts her normal roles... but chameleon possibly with her abillity to play straight and crazy convincingly
i like the dual crazy wives dynamic that they are putting in place.

Good episodes so far. Nothing really remarkable about the second episode, though. I laughed at the scene when Bill was telling his son about how working is a blessing, co-partners with the heavenly father, and we're completing the work he began, harvesting the ocean, mining the coal .. i bet the writers are having a ball with fucked up dogma of Mormonism.
