This doesn't bode well for The Power of Ten.

He'll never pull as much pussy as Bob Barker. Never.

Why don't these tv executives not think long term. How long do they really think Drew will stay on the show. They should have went with a relatively unknown who was very likable.

I think they're trying to woo the younger crowd who watched The Price Is Right on daytime TV during summer. This could be interesting.

Instead of the lesbian population, we get drew's fans....consisting of....middle age people and children who have never heard of him? lol.

The show should've died with Bob Barker. (Yeah, I know he's not dead)

There's a story circulating on the net somewhere (I'd post the link if I could find it) stating that Rosie wanted to cut the number of pricing games from 6 to 4 and use that extra time to talk to the contestants instead.

if i'm home at 11 in the morning on a weekday i usually watch it. The games are pretty cool(Plinko, the putting game, the mountain climber thing, the wheel is awesome) and it always gives me a nostalgic/good feeling when i watch it. I think it's because i would watch it everytime i stayed home sick from school or cut class in college(although i wasn't up before 11 much in college).

As for picking Carey, not bad. Anything but Rosie. I would have picked Max Kellerman.

if they were going the Drew Carey route, they should have picked Kate from his show... at least she's hot. I'd skip work to watch her bounce around with the contestants

So I take it that I'm the only one here that really likes Drew Carey?

I like Drew Carey, but I don't like him as the host of the Price is Right. I don't know if he'll be serious enough for the job.

if youve watched Scrubs she has not aged well due to too much plastic surgery. Shes okay, but not hot anymore.

my aunt won the showcase showdown (both prizes)

dont let them fool you, you dont have to pay for the prizes, but you do have to pay taxes on them

(this i think was mid to late 70s)
