Was the HALF TON man in season 1? I love that guy.
Season 1, ep 13.
The Human Ton is an inarticulate blob who uses brute force to back up The Terror. Handy the puppet, though, seems to be educated and well-informed; ironically enough. Handy is probably the most entertaining character in the league of evil, and he isn't too bad a villain either (he punched out Arthur in The Tick vs. Arthur's Bank Account). He frequently makes literary references that go over the heads of the rest of the league, and then he shouts "read a book!" By far the most entertaining moment for Handy was when The Human Ton was eating The Tick's head and Handy bragged about how he could still talk.
In Grandpa Wore Tights Handy talks on the phone to and tries to use the Desire-O-Vac to make himself a real boy...
Appearances: The Tick vs. Arthur's Bank Account, Grandpa Wore Tights
The Human Ton and Handy were both voiced by Maurice LaMarche

This is how much of a geek I am:
I had to steal the pics/ sounds from websites, so I'm not taking credit (though I did make the icons and cursors), but I put together a theme. I thought I'd share.

Not one god damned special feature for the season! Not even a fucking photo gallery. No interviews. Nuthin'!
Fifteen years, and you couldn't come up with ANYTHING?? Jesus.
Also, episode 11 (The Tick vs. The Molemen) has been left out "for creative reasons." WTF??

I couldn't even find it, and found out the hard way yesterday that Barns n noble the store is more expensive than online. I could have save $20+ if I had ordered Arrested Development and Desperate Housewives ahead of time!
So I'm gonna wait for my next mmr check to order The Tick, since it's on TV every night right now anyway.
Can't figure why the mole men isn't in it, except for the Mole King is voiced by the guy from The Simpsons and he may have wanted too many royalities??

The episodes themselves are not enough? Well worth my money.
Tick vs. Molemen was left off because of it featured an unauthorized use of Cindy Crawford's likeness. Plus it's the weakest episode of the season, so I really don't care.
