Finally it's back on Nintendo!

I'm more excited about the NHL EA series coming back to a Nintendo system.

Fair enough. NY really doesn't have college football.

I'm excited for both.

What the Fuck is Sparty doing on the cover?

Different covers for the different systems. Why Wii got a mascot and not an actual player is beyond me. And how they chose Sparty is even further beyond me.

It was an online fan vote for the cover mascot. Michigan State had the most votes. I believe you can print off your own cover as well. I can't wait to pick this up sometime today. It's been forever since the game was on a Nintendo console.

This game is real nice. Downloaded the rosters(found one that isn't buggy). Game is smooth

I picked this up for the Wii today...THEN went online to read the reviews.

Sounds like I will be returning this tomorrow without even removing the shrinkwrap.

Apparently, on the Wii, you can only use the remote and the controls are really sketchy (can't use classic controller). I read that the dynasty mode sucks, and you can't even create your own player or team. The stadiums, apparently, aren't even accurate.

Can anyone validate this here? Does the game really suck THAT bad? I'm terribly disappointed, but if it's really that bad I want to return it before opening. Is it reeaallly true that you have to use the Wii remove and, for example, use a real throwing motion to throw as opposed to just pushing a buttom? Or...there are no jukes or taunts? Can this be true?

Yeah Bammer, it's horrible. It's graphics are worse than the first few years of the PS2 version. It also doesn't have authentic stadiums. I'm selling online right now actually. I'm really disappointed in EA. It's clear that they put little to no effort into this. The gameplay isn't horrible but everything else is.

Because Sparty is the greatest mascot in all of college sports. Makes me want to buy the game even more.

I hope the PS3 version isn't this bad

I have the Xbox version and it's easy my favorite next-gen football game, and is second only to NFL 2k5 as my favorite of all time. The controls are sick, graphics are realistic and as good as I've seen and most importantly its loads of fun. I've been playing nonstop since Tuesday.

to NFL 2K5, I still play it.

wii fails again

I think in this case it's not the fact that the Wii fails. It's the developer. There are several AAA games for the Wii that have great gameplay and graphics. There is no excuse for this game. None.

Well, at least you have something good going for your football program.
