2. The Office (US version) 3. 30 Rock 4. Grey's Anatomy 5. Iron Chef America
... with honorable mentions to It's Always Sunny In Philidelphia and Family Guy. I didn't count Family Guy because it premiered in 1999... though it was cancelled and brought back this decade. And I'm sure there are better shows than Grey's... but like I said... I don't watch a lot of TV....
