What are you currently reading? The title says it all.

For me, George Orwell's 1984. And after, I think I might read Catcher In The Rye for about the fourth time.

I'm more of a nonfiction kind of guy. I'm currently on Bob Dylan's Chronicles. I'll probably re-read Chuck Palahniuk's Choke when I get it back from my closest-female-acquaintance-that-I'm-still-trying-to-impress just so I can talk about it with her. Cos I mean, yeah. I only read to impress girls.

That is a very funny book. Sadaris is a funny man indeed. If you like that, you should read "Me talk pretty one day"

I'm presently reading "Infinite Jest" by David Foster Wallace. 1100 pages, including 90 pages of endnotes alone, and featuring literally hundreds of major characters. It's brilliant so far.

I'm not much of a reader of novels but I'm reading the Lord of the Rings trilogy for the third time.

H.L. Mencken - In Defense of Women: Social satire from the roaring 20s. A lot of what he says is still relevant today.

Scott McCloud - Re-inventing Comics: I read his 'Understanding Comis' and wanted to see what else he had to say. It's a fun look at how the comics industry is evolving.

I normally don't read two books at once, but I was in the mood for something different and picked up Menken's book.
