Just a prediction, Charlie Kaufman writes amazingly original screenplays.

Hell yeah! This has been on my radar screen for a while but the release date kept being pushed back. Glad to see the trailer and that it is coming out next month.

Give us a  or  when you get back, the reviews have been along the lines of the "you'll either love it or hate it".

that's usually a good sign when the movie is creating stong responses.

Definately   .

I saw a screening of this last week and was awe-struck. I've always been a fan, but because CK directed this as well, it was great getting to see his entire vision. It wasn't perfect (about 15 minutes too long imo), and it's definitely not for everyone, but fans will not be disappointed. The performances were top notch, the story was incredible, and some of the dialogue will make your hair stand on end. *There is a rant by a very minor character (priest/actor) that left me gutted.* Pure poetry.

I'd be very surprised if Mr. Kaufman & Mr. Hoffman don't receive several nominations.

i saw this tonight. i would agree with randal for the most part. it was slightly too long, there was a section towards the end that dragged a little, but overall it was pretty brilliant.

imagine the anxiety and pain of being repeatedly punched in the stomach, watching the punches float through air for what seems like a lifetime, knowing they will continue to do so without end, and then fully comprehending the futility of this circumstance. that is the feeling this film evoked in me.
