I was watching The Saint yesterday and, god, I absolutely adore Elisabeth Shue in this movie.
I can't quite explain it, but she's so gorgeous in this movie that it literally hurts my heart just to look at her. Like the very definition of a woman.
Other actresses that have this effect on me are Natasha McElhone and Claire Danes. I strongly suspect that had I a chance to meet those women personally, I'd have at least a major crush on them...
Am I a weirdo, or do you feel like that sometimes? (or both )

Franka Potente
I love those women whose beauty is not... aggressive. Franka is probably one of them. I think someone on RM, LT I believe, called in once "weird cuteness".
When the beauty is not that apparent, and then you notice it, you're lost for good.

Kate Winslet. Every time.
I'm a woman, and I think that Kate Winslet is beautiful, one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen. She has an amazing figure, and lovely features with an almost doll-like face. She's so lovely.
I think Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Kidman, and Andie MacDowell are all gorgeous as well. Andie MacDowell has that more approachable kind of beauty with her fair complexion and dark, full hair. Jessica Lange looks her best today, older but more defined and pretty. I thought she looked wonderful in "Big Fish."
I love all of your choices! I'm defeating the purpose of this by listing the Hollywood actresses I think are beautiful, but I thought I'd say that I'm glad to see that your tastes extend past the typical idea for a woman. I love seeing Kate Winslet on a list like this, so I had to respond.
