I don't even like golf, and i stink at the game. But i still play it all the time because it is so fun. It is a definate must
which one do you have? i have 2004. theres an infinite amount of replay value. the game has a 10 year long tour with a 4 day tournament every week. so thats over 2000 rounds of golf!!!!!

tiger games are a joke... let's see... ive had the game ('05) for a couple weeks and i played 2 tourneys in the first season... i created a guy and simulated to the second season to try and win a grand slam... shot -55 at the masters, -38 at the usopen, -63 at the british open and i am currently -38 under through 3 rounds at the pga championship...

GTA San Andreas. This game will suck you in and never let go. If you have a family or a significant other, you may need to sacrifice sleep to play at night.

I have '04, and to me there is no reason to buy the new one because I'm still going with that one.

can i get some realistic gameplay please?
Well maybe you shouldn't create a player that is so good, or play with a real player that isnt very good.

the game is a joke once you max out your players stats...but for that first season or two, its not that easy

how about baseball games?
Baseball has never really translated into good video games like football or hockey. But i think your best bet would be to go with MVP from EA. I'm pretty sure there is a thread about it somewhere.

the big problem is spinning the ball while it is in the air... if they took away that feature, it would make the game a bit more realistic.... though, the pros end up at like 35, 36 under once you start playing with Tour Difficulty...
also, i JUST maxed out my player in Round 2 of my latest tourney, so all the other tourneys i wasnt maxed out in... they need to make the courses longer, tighter fairways, faster greens, and no spin after you shoot (make the player set spin pre-shot)....
but i still play the game, so it must be halfway entertaining

If you got the new slim PS2, you should check out divineo.com and consier buying a DSM3 chip top mod your ps2. First, find someone that is willing to do it for you, even if you have to pay. Here are some incredible MUST-BUY games:
GTA: San Andreas - I just beat the story-mode a couple weeks ago.
Madden football series - wait until '06 is out.
Burnout 3
Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal OR Jak 3
NBA Street 3 - comes out soon
Great games you can find real cheap nowadays:
SSX3
Soul Calibur 2
Final Fantasy X - mindblowing game
Metal Gear Solid 2
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time
In the 1/10000 chance that you don't like any of these games, I will send you any 4 cdrs from my bootlist for free.
