Report: Alex Rodriguez's Wife Seeing Lenny Kravitz, Madonna's Ex

Buzz up!Alex Rodriguez's wife has been seeing singer Lenny Kravitz, according to the New York Post, as the New York Yankee has befriended Madonna, Kravitz's ex.

As Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie stepped out holding hands Tuesday amid reports of a potential split, Kravitz and Rodriguez's wife Cynthia have been "spending cozy time" in Paris for at least the past four days, the paper reports.

Us Weekly reports in its new issue, on newsstands now, that Madonna has also been hosting late-night visits from Rodriguez, 32, at her apartment.

Cynthia and Alex Rodriguez – who wed in 2002 and have two young daughters – attended NBC's New Year's Eve 2008 party where Kravitz performed.

Madonna, 49, and Kravitz, 44, collaborated on her 1990 hit "Justify My Love." The pair were romantically linked at the time.

Another connection? Rodriguez, Madonna, and Kravitz all have the same manager: Guy Oseary.

Oseary sat in Rodriguez's seats at a Yankees game with Madonna and her kids on June 22.

Kravitz attended Madonna's private showcase of her latest album, Hard Candy, in Paris on May 6. He also joined the Material Girl on stage for a performance of her song "I Love New York" in Paris in September 2006.

Meanwhile, a source tells Us that Madonna and Rodriguez's relationship grew so close that he possibly visited her as early as the night after his wife Cynthia gave birth to their second child in April.

while i was working today, i heard a blip about this on the news, but the tv was in the next room so i could hear it that well.

i thought that someone was leaving their wife for The Donnas. yeah, that girl group that never really took off. oddly enough, i didnt even question it.

I just saw the little news blip over on ESPN about ARod's wife filing for hte divorce for tomorrow, and I noticed it said that their youngest kid is just 3 months old. So, that would put it right around this time last year that they conceived. Okay, considering one of the reasons she cited was a "long period of infidelity", are you telling me that as recent as just a year ago, it wasn't at all in your head that you might've been unhappy enough in a marriage with this guy to warrant a divorce? Or is it just that, with a 2nd kid in the mix, suddenly the impending monthly alimony checks get that much bigger?

Ahh, it's always encouraging when things like that are the primary motivation for having a child...
