I was just reading some early reviews of Meet the Fockers, and thought about how many funny movies Ben has been in. I thought it would be fun to rank his most popular.

1. The Royal Tennenbaums
2. Meet the Parents
3. Theres Something About Mary
4. Anchorman
5. Zoolander
6. Happy Gilmoure
7. Starsky and Hutch
8. Dodgeball
9. Heavyweights
10. Reality Bites
11. Flirting With Disaster
12. Along Came Polly
13. Your Friends and Neighbours
14. Mystery Men
15. Permanent Midnight
16. Duplex
17. Envy

Ben Stiller in Happy Gilmore is wicked funny...

Hahaha! Yes, that was great!

I love Ben Stiller, he's a really good comedic actor. That's a good list, and I love that "The Royal Tenenbaums" tops it. That was a very interesting movie with a vibrant storyline. I loved the paranoid character he played, with his two little son look-alikes. It was comedy at its most clever.

Nothing beats "Zoolander" for the DVD extra features. So funny! The movie itself was funny, but the outtakes and extras had me holding my stomach, literally. "I can Dere-lick my own balls..."

"Meet the Parents" certainly deserves that spot, because of how great a duo he and Robert DeNiro were. Just the looks they gave each other and each interaction was great.

"There's Something About Mary" was a good one, with some pretty memorable scenes...

And "Happy Gilmore," because of that line, as Ledbetter10 mentioned, and all of his little death threats he was giving Happy's grandmother when Happy visited.

I love Ben Stiller paired with Owen Wilson; "Meet the Parents," "Starsky and Hutch," "The Royal Tenenbaums," "Zoolander," etc. They're great together!

Dodgeball is the best, but Heavyweights is close simply for the line when he's talking to the fat kids: "I used to be fat too, but now I eat success for breakfast... with skim milk."

of all the movies he's been in...I'd have to say Something About Mary was probably the most complete movie. I should also point out that SAM was also the pinnacle of the Farrely brothers movie making.

I could care less about The Royal Tenenbaums. I gave that DVD away...the movie did nothing for me at all...but to each their own.

You forgot The Cable Guy a film he not only directed but also had a cameo in as a Lyle Menendez-type accused murderer.

I think the film was overlooked largely because America was suffering from Jim Carrey overdose and because Carrey really didn't fit in the role of Chip very well (considering the part was written for Chris Farley). But Stiller did a great job in the director's chair and that's where my praise comes from.

It features a shot-by-shot re-enactment of a scene from the classic Star Trek episode "Amok Time" (complete with Jim Carrey doing the music himself) and this hilarious bit of dialogue:

"Oh my God! Oh my God! My twin brother has been shot! I think it was an Asian gang or something... There was this guy, he looked Asian... and he was speaking another language, I'm pretty sure it was...Asian."

You also forgot Zero Effect, Keeping the Faith, and Black and White, all of which featured him in far more substantial roles than Anchorman and Happy Gillmore for them to be called "Ben Stiller movies." And man, Duplex and Envy are so bad they don't deserve to be on any "Funny movie" lists.

Permanent Midnight contains his best acting. Most of his other movies contain the same character. Some advice for Ben.....you don't have to accept every script

Meet the Parents and There's Something About Mary are in a league of their own. Those are the only two movies that should be on the greatest Ben Stiller movies list.

Happy Gilmore is decent but he just played a bit role so I don't consider it a Stiller film.
