Finally, finally, finally, Clay is the evil we've always known him to be. It's a really interesting kind of evil because yes, he killed Piney and moved to kill Tara, but it's not at absolute and all-powerful. Clay is in way over his head with the Galindo cartel right now, having lost control of their business and now even of the Tara situation. He is evil backed into a corner and feeling helpless and that just makes him all the worse. Great stuff, especially with Gemma also leaving his side for the first time. She took an episode or two too long to realize that it was too late to save Clay, but I'm glad she finally has. The Teller-Morrow family has a whole new dynamic and I don't see how all three of Jax/Clay/Gemma can come out of this alive. I also wouldn't count Opie out of this. Jax brought Opie more into the center of things in this episode when he told him about how he's leaving the club. This could push Opie deeper into the club and against Jax, or the opposite. Especially since Clay has never been punished at all for Donna's death and since Clay just killed Piney, Opie's dad. I can see Opie rebelling against Jax at first until things start coming out about the issues Clay and Piney were having and suspicions about the murder are raised (assuming anyone ever finds Piney's body).
