When it comes oscar time, I see quite the battle between Dicaprio (Body of Lies, Revolutionary Road ) and Philip Seymour Hoffman (Doubt, Synecdoche, New York)
Pulitzer Prize winning play about an accused sex offender (Hoffman) who is a priest.

it's gonna sound like i made the nominations for the oscars myself, i thought the acting was great in this one, but the story itself could have been much stronger.

Not a big fan of the play. Not a big fan of the movie. The acting is unreal. Streep, Hoffman, Adams, Davis. All brilliant. It's worth seeing for them, but the other aspects of the the film/story just don't do it for me.
