I've seen:

The Odd Couple
Les Misérables
Miss Saigon
Chicago
42nd Street
Deathtrap
High Society
Glengarry Glen Ross
Cabaret
The Front Page
The Ride Down Mt. Morgan
Don't Drink The Water
Rent
The Phantom of the Opera

And probably some others I cant remember. There were some great shows. I think most people have a love for Les Misérables, which has great music and a great story, but somehow never came out quite right on the stage for me. But I think my favorite was the broadway production of Miss Saigon. Outstanding show.

What shows have you seen? Any favorites?

I've never been to Broadway, but I've seen shows done by different places around the city, including some high school productions. The high school ones actually aren't half bad! Some of these places have outstanding theater companies, and they really put on great shows.

Great list, Buggy! You've seen quite a few!

My favorites:

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
Jesus Christ Superstar
Annie
Evita
Les Misérables

...And probably some more I just can't think of right now. I love the biblical shows; I haven't seen Godspell yet, but I look forward to it!

Cats is the worst thing ever created, in my opinion.

My favorites that I've seen are Avenue Q and I Am My Own Wife

best show Ive ever seen was ob Broadway called "CONTACT"

there were 3 "skits" kinda, all centered around dancing (my fiance studied dance under the director of this play)

1st: A man and woman on a picnic, lots of acrobatic dancing shit like on a swing, pretty cool

2nd: A Sopranos-type guy and his girl in an italian restaurant. The guy keeps treating the girl like shit and asking the waiter for rolls and not getting any so each time he leaves to beat the crap out of the waiter he teels the girl "dont fuckin' move"....and as soon as hes off stage(and after you hear fighting and rolls come rolling on stage!) she dances all crazy hehe

3rd: The Woman is the Yellow Dress.......

I saw Godspell at a high school near me recently and it was quite something, like Jesus on acid. Funny choice for a Catholic High School.

I have to give props to Wicked, that was the first Broadway show I ever saw.

I've seen too many bad HS productions of Godspell to even give it a chance on Broadway.

I'd reccomend everyone go see some of the new productions this summer, like The Monty Python Musical Spamelot, and a new production of A Streetcar Named Desire.

Wow, you've seen the production?! Wonderful! I've seen both of the films and I've read the book a few times, actually. I'm a huge fan of Baroness D'orczy's tale, but I can't remember it coming through Philadelphia. If it did, it blew right over my head, because I would have bought tickets in a minute, no matter the cost! Was it a decent show? I'd love to know how it relates to the book. :D

I saw a great "Anything Goes" at my local theatre. A girl I had a crush on forever sang "I Get a Kick Out of You." Bonerriffic!

I played Moonface in our high school's production last year. It kicked ass.

I really enjoyed "Phantom of the Opera", I saw "Les Miserables" here and it was okay. I've seen some on Broadway but nothing I really loved. I did see a production of "Death of A Salesman" down in Sarasota and that was really good.
