Bad Dream House: The family moves into an old haunted house. The walls ooze blood and talk, and even posesses the family to kill each other.
Hungry Are The Damned: The Simpsons are abducted by aliens. Lisa thinks they abducted them so they could eat them, but they were really going to send them to a planet and treat them like gods. The aliens feelings are hurt, and they let the family go.
The Raven: Lisa reads Edgar Allan Poe's tale of horror, As Homer listens, he visualizes himself as the narrator, Marge as Lenore, and Bart as the Raven.
The only one i find funny, is when homer sells his soul for a donut. Infact i think that one might be one of the funniest of all time.

the decency of a halloween episode of the simpons basically shows how good of a season it is. This episode is good, but not great, ust like the season.

"Well, if you wanted to make Serak the Preparer cry, mission accomplished."
The House of the Damned is average, but I think the other two are pure gold. I remember convincing my English teacher to use this episode when he was teaching us Poe.
Me too. I agree with bart that this isn't the best one, but still a very good ep. A solid 4 stars. Recently, I've come to really appreciate the 2nd season.

I think its Treehouse of Horrors 6 that I love, which is the one where the remote gets haunted and Bart & Lisa go into a Itchy & Scratchy cartoon....love that shit.
