I saw it twice. There were many times throughout the film that I found myself angry to the point where I could barely sit still. I can't quite fathom how people can be so greedy. The film is extremely effective.

Ultimately the first half has some good points, but the second half completely abandons all reason... The issue addressed in the movie is largely corruption which exists in all states of government. He tries to associate that just with capitalism. I'm glad he stuck it to those assholes at Goldman Sachs though. Those guys are horrible horrible people. It'll get people angry which I like, but it really misinforms and misleads people into thinking one way. Which is what you expect from moore.
