I think Community is very good, but it really is just a fictional version of the Soup. Its very funny spoofs at this point. I worry about the longevity of Community. Outside of Troy and Abed, i haven't seen all the much of that. One thing that has turned me off already is the fact that 2 seasons in Jeff has already had things with Brita and Annie. And now Annie and Abed. I agree in that they are 2 very different shows, both very funny. I just prefer parks and rec a bit more.

I finally watched this whole series (through season 4). I subscribed to Hulu for a free week just to get season 4.
I absolutely love this show. Whoever mentioned that all the characters are great is spot on. There isn't one I hate. For me the show really took off towards the middle of season 2, and once the city planner guy left, along with Rob Lowe and Adam Scott joining the cast, the show went from Above Average (season 1) to Pretty Good (season 2) to Great (seasons 3 and 4).
I finally watched this whole series (through season 4). I subscribed to Hulu for a free week just to get season 4.

Overall, if push came to shove, I'd agree. There are a few episodes that didn't do it for me, but yeah, overall, season 2 is great. I really loved all the Louie C.K. episodes, and once Andy becomes a shoe shiner it really picks up too. I guess what I was trying to say is that after season 1, I liked the show good enough to keep watching, but I didn't love it. Season 2 started kinda the same way for me, but then it kicked in and from then on, it's been a great show, and the best sitcom on TV.

I felt the same about season 1 initially. I rewatched the first 3 seasons about a year ago and still felt the same about 1. For some reason I had the urge to start the series over again a few weeks ago, and Season 1 didn't feel lacking to me at all. Maybe it's just that I have more familiarity with it now. It has great rewatchability value. I wish season 4 would hurry up and be added to netflix streaming, otherwise I might freak out and do things I'll regret later.
