I could do without all the Rita flashbacks. Pretty uneventful.

I loved the flashback to the first date, showing he cut it short to go on a kill, just like their trip last season was cut short so he could deal with trinity - full circle

fantastic premiere and probably one of the best episodes in general. loved it.

except for the damn kids. or aster, anyway. their involvement in the show requires acting ability far beyond their grasp. p. annoying.

also my heart leapt with joy when, for a second there, Dexter was actually just going to run away. even though I knew it wouldn't actually happen.

also, prediction: Quinn will be dead by season's end.

he sorta has to. Its not like they can become friends and Quinn will direct his attention else where. Plus, Deb couldn't be that good of a fuck that he would forget how much he hates Dexter. Chalk another one up for Deb sketch my man

didn't he break the code by killing that dude with the anchor?...guy was a dick, but dex didn't know if he had actually murdered anyone.....or did i completely miss something?

This season isn't going to end well for all cast members.

I think the misconception with Quinn is he suppose to be a bad guy, but he really isn't much of one. He isn't much of anything but talk. What's more important is that it seems dexter has lost his code. Very heartbreaking premiere.

did you guys noticed the Six Feet Under/Michael C. Hall reference?
