A new Zelda was announced today! It uses the same engine as The Phantom Hourglass. Instead of cruising around in your boat, you will be conducting a train. I don't get excited about handheld games often, but I'm excited over this. The Phantom Hourglass was excellent.

I liked Phantom Hourglass too. Underrated game. I remember it being pretty damn tough in that sky castle. The final boss was a bitch too.

This will be the first DS game I'll purchase since Phantom Hourglass. 8)

I never finished Phantom Hourglass. That and Wind Waker are the only games in the series I haven't gone through which is strange since I really love the art style.

Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to this (and Rhythm Heaven).

Finally... It's release is upon us. I hope I can grab all the Star Coins in Super Mario before this comes out.

How does everyone feel about The Wind Waker? I bought a gamecube a couple of years ago and sort of became obsessed with that game for a while. I haven't been able to get into Twilight Princess as much, though.

The Wind Waker is my second favorite Zelda next to Majora's Mask.

I actually never owned an N64, so I went from loving A Link to the Past to playing The Wind Waker and loving it. I bet I'd love Majora's Mask if I played it.

Wind Waker might be my favorite (or OoT). I love it for it's depth - it took forever to get 100% of everything.

Washing Machine - There's a Gamecube game called Zelda: Collector's Edition that has Zelda (NES), Link's Adventure (NES), Ocarina of Time (N64) and Majora's Mask (N64). I highly recommend it, if you missed those.

Whoa, is it easy to come by? That might make my christmas list. I haven't turned on my gamecube in a year or so.

It was never for sale - it was a bonus for preordering either Wind Waker or Four Swords (GCN). You might be able to find it for sale used at GameStop or eBay.

I love Zelda games but the one problem I have is that there is too much to do to complete the game 100%. Always buy them though.

The Zelda & Mario games are why I keep buying Nintendo consoles.

I've never gotten into the handheld versions though.

I wish they'd release Link's Awakening on a system I can play right now. My favorite of the handhelds.

Welp, looks like my copy of Wind Waker isn't being read by my gamecube, so I fired up Twilight Princess. I wasn't far along in this game at all. Right now I'm searching for light spirits attached ot insects in Kakariko Village. Good times.
