it's not my fault that they can't keep up with the times.
How do you make the leap from "They have an outdated business model.. ." to "...therefore I am entitled to circumvent all legal constructs, and the rights of the producers/distributors, so that I may indulge my own tastes and consumption preferences?"
it doesn't entitle me. i'm just saying i have options, and now it's hbo that's missing out on capitalizing on this segment. people who watch little tv, who would gladly pay the official provider for content distributed directly over the internet on a ppv basis.

Not to gang up on Rafa here, but I totally agree with Skitch and Dokos. It is a gross sense of entitlement to say that it's HBO's fault, just like it's a gross sense of entitlement for blaming the RIAA for your illegal downloading (and an even grosser one to vilify the RIAA--that thread in N&D is just absurd and full of self-righteous pricks). However, this doesn't stop me from stealing everything other than books. It just means I admit I'm stealing.

This show is fantastic so far. Loving it.
But how much time passed between the massacre in the woods and the time that the half-dead guy ran up on the silverware salesman? How long could you bleed in the woods in the freezing cold before you die?

It sure felt like it ... I'd have to watch eps 1 and 2 again but it could have possibly been only 2 days.
If that one dude could survive trapped under a rock in the desert for 5 days before sawing off his arm with a Swiss army knife and wandering through the desert to safety, then I guess anything is possible.

Wasn't the guy in the woods the one that jimmy chased down, then blew his head off with a shotgun? I'm gonna have to watch that from the first episode again. Seemed like a pretty fatal shot to me and the dude stumbling out of the woods had more than half of his head intact...
And how about that hand job!?
