How would you kit it out?

what would go in it?

How would you decorate it? What would the sounds be?

if you've got one, post pics from inside, if you're dreaming about one tell us about it..

all that

Ah c'mon...I left it wide open :haha:

I've got 5 or maybe 8 posters I wanna frame for my mancave, though that being said i'll wanna frame the better ones from Glen's tour with Ed..they'll be essential...Hopefully Klausen's doing at least one or two.

Nice big 42" flat screen and a vinyl player and some low lighting...2 bookshelf,s 1 dvd case thing, and a big bookshelf for all the special edition stuff I've gathered, which weirdly never seems uniform with other books of their size or type. Odd that.

Somewhere in that room will be a Fine Molds Millennium Falcon, (with lights)..I'm buying the premade one though..fuck the cost, I've got skills but this kit is 100% accurate and I want it built and painted by pros.

Though ultimately my ideal mancave would be a full 1:1 scale repro of the above..I have some cool modifications in mind.

Isn't a mancave usually the result of getting reduced by your significant other to putting all your shit in the basement?

My ideal mancave has a shitload of awesome recording gear, guitars, and amps. Throw in a comfy couch, a nice TV and some low, mellow, LED lighting and I'm good to go.

Haha, yep. That's a must...somewhere where I can have cool decanters filled with premium whiskey, a wine rack, and a mini fridge for beer and soda water (I love bourbon and soda).

See, maybe 'cos i'm irish, or have a problem, but we couldn't have a 'cellar' or anything involving 'storage' for later consumption..weekends sometimes tend to go on a bit longer...they'd be drank..my mates are a relentlessly thirsty bunch..

a jam space would be cool too though

My framed poster collection on bare brick walls, hardwood floor, vaulted beamed ceiling, and track lighting.

A bar with an oak countertop and 2 or 3 26" LCDs; and 3 or 4 draft taps for my home brew. I'd like to try my hand at carving the tap handles myself. A snooker table.

Leather furniture suite, bearskin rug, HD projector+gaming+media harddrive, the entire room wired for 7.1 surround sound.

Walk-out to an obnoxiously large barbeque.

... the wife will be cool with all of this, I'm sure.

if money was no option it would be a large open jam space with a drumkit and several amps and guitars. and if i had space left over i'd fit a big tv and a stereo in there somewhere, and a fully stocked wet bar with a couple choice beers on tap.

Nope, a TV is needed and a bar. Other than that, it's perfect.

Maybe something like this, sans the corny Budlight sign, and a bar area is a must:

Yeah, I still just call them basements for the most part. Or, finished basements.
