Emma Stone looks a lot better than kirsten dunst.
I agree, but I still think this is easily the worst that Stone has ever looked. She's looked infinitely cuter and sexier with the brown or dark red hair.

Yeah, I don't understand the rationale behind getting a redhead to play a redhead character, and then dying her hair blonde.
Well, probably because she's not playing a redhead. She's playing a blonde named Gwen Stacy. Also, Emma Stone is a natural blonde.
waitwaitwait. I thought
a) Stone was a redhead, and b) she was playing MJ.
--edit--
No, wait. I knew she was playing Gwen Stacy but didn't know she was a natural blonde.
Yea don't feel bad, apparently most people didn't realize she was a natural blonde all this time, turns out she's been coloring all these years. (yea ya know, all those decades ago when Superbad came out )

i dont mind the eyes being small or the adding of the texture to the material, but for christs sake, can you just keep it the same as the comics, solid blue and solid red. none of these flare stripes or whatever you want to call it

Well at least they're going with Peter's self-made web shooters this time. My brother who's a huge comics guy and Spidey was always his favorite overall, he was really bugged when Raimi was making them organic in Peter, that it took away from his character as being this really brainy kid, to I don't know make him more 'normal' or relatable or whatever.

This is more than a "teaser."

After seeing the trailer, it has begun to strike me too that telling this same origins story just ten years after the last one is a little odd. Frankly, that trailer was boring, mainly because it looked like a trailer for Spiderman 2002 with new actors and a new scene with a little kid.

That's all true, but you know you'll watch it.
