That's not true. I watched the first ten minutes of the pilot, and there was one where the little girl says "I've made a huge mistake" as it shows GOBs face with a half smirk. I believe i documented that in the short lived "running wilde" thread.

The pilot was kinda meh....most comedy pilots are....but the series wasn't bad at all. There are a lot of AD references in there.

"I've been in touch with a construction outfit that did some very arresting developments for us back in the Middle East."

The episode with Tambor in it playing Arnett's estranged father has them hugging when he first shows up, and as it goes to commercial a bit of the AD theme plays.

There are a few more. There were some funny moments on that show...it was no AD, but I enjoyed it more than Modern Family or anything like that.

Will Arnett is funny in even the worst sitcom. I watched most of the episodes and it got old, quick.

His new show Up All Night will never make it past a season.
