Anyone know what book this is based on? It was named in the credits, but I always seem to miss it.

Its based on Eric Haney's Inside Delta Force: The Story of America's Elite Counterterrorist Unit
I never thought I would get into a show like this, but I totally eat it up.

C'mon there's gotta be some other fans of this round here. I like to call it "24 for smart people"

Anyways up now to the most recent episode, I already really don't like where they're going with this Bob and heroin thing. Mostly because it's absolutely pointless! It's not like he's been breaking the law, getting high for fun on the side. He developed a virtually instant addiction by way of an interrogation technique from some bad guys. There's no reason to have to hide this from the team AT ALL. The mission's over, okay he goes to the medical team, gets put into a rapid overnight detox procedure, at the worst he's off the grid for working for maybe a week or so, comes back later just like normal.

I miss this show. Got some seasons on dvd and watching them now.
