OH BOY ! My next game purchase! I LOVED the 1st one, and Left4Dead was dissapointing.

it was boring after 1 hour. All run & gun. There were several fatal flaws:

1 you couldn't escape a smoker....just stupid.
2 the multiplayer (VS) was LAME. being an infected was like running into a brick wall over and over for an hour.
3. it was SHORT
4. there was no depth. shoot anything that moves....retreat from a tank, set up an explosion, win, repeat.

L4D 2 will be awesome if they listen to the issues everyone has been bringing up.

I admit that L4D could have been better/deeper/prettier.
But it was hella fun playing with three friends.

You can't get away from the smoker/hunter because it a was meant as an opportunity to be saved by your friends.

I didn't get too far in the last Dead Rising. :(

chainsaws on both ends of a stick and on each side of a motorcycle? remind me to refer to this when the zombie apocalypse does come.

Multiplayer has been confirmed, but they won't say whether it's co-op or adversarial.

They would both probably be terrible ideas in a real life zombie apocalypse.

Ha! Chainsaw in general is probably a bad idea.

Choice of weapon really depends on whether it is fast zombies or slow zombies.
